Als Group Finance Controller binnen een internationale, beursgenoteerde groep ben je een strategische financiële partner voor de CFO, Director Finance & Controlling en de verschillende business units. Je combineert financiële expertise met een ondernemende mindset en speelt een sleutelrol in digitalisering, data‑gedreven besluitvorming en performance‑analyse.

Je belangrijkste taken:

  • Digitaliseren van finance‑processen en versnellen van data‑analytics, automatisatie en AI‑initiatieven.
  • Samenwerken met IT en business stakeholders om rapportering, datastromen en dashboards te optimaliseren.
  • Leiding geven aan deep‑dive analyses van onderpresterende projecten, entiteiten of businesscases.
  • Uitvoeren van business controlling: budgeting, forecasting, reporting en performance‑analyse.
  • Uitdagen van aannames, identificeren van opportuniteiten en versterken van besluitvorming.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van financiële en operationele data.
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van analyses en aanbevelingen aan CFO en directie.
  • Ondersteunen van M&A, desinvesteringen en strategische groeiprojecten via financiële due diligence.
  • Master in Finance, Economie, Business Engineering of gelijkaardig.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter combinatie Big Four + corporate.
  • Digitale mindset: interesse in automatisatie, AI en data‑gedreven finance.
  • Sterke expertise in financiële analyse, budgeting, IFRS en management reporting.
  • Uitstekende stakeholdermanagement‑ en presentatievaardigheden.
  • Autonoom, flexibel, veerkrachtig en sterk in complexe omgevingen.
  • Vloeiend in Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
  • Analytisch, pragmatisch, nieuwsgierig en veelzijdig (“Swiss Army knife” mentaliteit).
