Als group financial controller bij Dolmans Landscaping Group zorg je voor betrouwbare financiële informatie én help je lokale teams verder professionaliseren. Je versterkt de financiële kwaliteit van de vestigingen door toezicht, scherpe analyses en het functioneel aansturen van lokale financiële teams. Vind jij het leuk om te bouwen aan uniforme processen, cijfers écht te doorgronden en collega's inhoudelijk verder te brengen? Lees dan snel verder! Hoe ziet jouw rol in het team eruit? Als group financial controller ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de groepsorganisatie en de vestigingen. In deze overkoepelende rol werk je zelfstandig, maar heb je veel contact met lokale financiële teams. Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van financiële processen en rapportages. Denk aan begrotingen, balansen, P&L's, jaarrekeningen en investeringsanalyses. Verder signaleer je afwijkingen, stel je kritische vragen en onderzoek je financiële mutaties tot op detailniveau. Ook bewaak je de liquiditeitspositie, het betalingsproces en het debiteurenbeheer. Waar nodig stuur je bij of neem je tijdelijk taken over bij de vestiging. Je levert inhoudelijke bijdragen aan meerjarenplannen en scenario's, presenteert analyses aan MT's en helpt verbeterpunten inzichtelijk maken. In deze rol fungeer je als sparringpartner én kwaliteitsbewaker. Daarnaast stuur je financieel medewerkers en controllers binnen de vestigingen functioneel aan.
