Als Group Financial Controller bij Group of Butchers ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de financiële ruggengraat van een snelgroeiende, private equity-gedreven foodgroep. Functieomschrijving Group of Butchers opereert in één van de meest complexe sectoren voor finance: productie. Meerdere entiteiten, internationale activiteiten, acquisities, integraties en stevige reportingverplichtingen. Hier maak jij het verschil. Niet alleen door cijfers te rapporteren, maar door de business écht te doorgronden en te vertalen naar scherpe financiële inzichten. Als Group Financial Controller heb jij de regie over de groepsconsolidatie en het financiële reportinglandschap. Je rapporteert aan de Group Controller en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor CFO, group management en onze investeerders. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je zorgt dat onze maand- en jaarafsluitingen strak verlopen en dat consolidatie in Lucanet volledig compliant en efficiënt is ingericht. - Je levert hoogwaardige managementrapportages, forecasts en budgetten en zorgt dat cijfers niet alleen correct zijn, maar ook richting geven. In een organisatie met harde groei en veel stakeholders is betrouwbare en tijdige informatie cruciaal - jij borgt dat. - Je onderhoudt en versterkt het Internal Control Framework en professionaliseert onze accounting policies. - Je bewaakt balansposities, cashflow en working capital en zorgt voor solide onderbouwing van investeringsbeslissingen. - Je speelt een actieve rol bij acquisities: van purchase price accounting en integratie tot het harmoniseren van reportingprocessen. - Je beweegt je continu tussen operatie...
