Samen met de HR manager en HR medewerker werk jij mee aan het professionaliseren van onze HR-processen en zorgen we ervoor dat HR bijdraagt aan de groei van de Mobility Invest Group. Wij willen onze (toekomstige) medewerkers een geweldige kandidaat- en employee journey bieden en jij speelt daarin als HR Adviseur een cruciale rol. Jij denkt én doet. Of het nu gaat om recruitment, onboarding, verzuimbegeleiding of lopende HR projecten, jij begrijpt wat er nodig is om impact te maken. Dit ga je doen Recruitment: Je bouwt mee aan een talentpool en onderhoudt relaties met potentiële medewerkers. Ook experimenteer je met moderne (AI-) wervingstools. Onboarding: Jij zorgt voor een vlotte start van nieuwe collega's en zorgt dat iedere nieuwe medewerker zich welkom voelt. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met managers en collega's van andere teams. Procesoptimalisatie: Je verbetert HR-processen en beleid zoals de beoordelingscyclus, on- en off boarding en verzuimbegeleiding. HR-support: Je adviseert medewerkers en leidinggevenden en bent aanspreekpunt. Ook stel je waardevolle rapportages op. HR-projecten: Van arbeidsvoorwaarden tot functiewaardering en feedbacktrajecten - jij draait je hand er niet voor om en krijgt er energie van dit vorm te geven. HR-administratie: Samen met de HR medewerker zorg je dat alles soepel verloopt en vervangt bij afwezigheid indien nodig. Zo ziet je dag eruit Je begint je dag met een kop thee en checkt je mailbox. Een nieuwe medewerker start volgende week, dus je regelt de laatste onboardingstaken. Plots staat er een medewerker aan je bureau met een zeer dringende HR vraag waar jij het juiste antwoord op weet.
