Wir suchen 1 Group HR Business Partner_in (m/w/d) Standort Gumpoldskirchen, Vollzeit, ab sofort

IHR VIELSEITIGES AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für HR-relevante Anliegen und begleiten den gesamten Employee Lifecycle

* Als HR Business Partner beraten Sie Führungskräfte in der Unternehmenszentrale in Gumpoldskirchen sowie in unseren Niederlassungen in Tschechien, Polen und Russland in allen personalrelevanten Themen

* Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Umsetzung unserer HR-Strategie und bringen sich aktiv in bereichsübergreifende Initiativen ein

* Gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team verbessern Sie kontinuierlich bestehende Prozesse und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsweise bei

* Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in der Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Leitung internationaler HR-Projekte wie unternehmensweiten Umfragen, Prozessimplementierungen oder CSR-Maßnahmen

* Koordination gruppenweiter Mitarbeiter_initiativen und Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung unserer Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR-Management

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder als Junior HR Business Partner_in

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ab Niveau C1 (dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend)

* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

* Interkulturelles Verständnis, kontaktfreudig und ausgeprägter Teamspirit

* Empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Organisationsstärke und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise

* Außerdem sind Sie zuverlässig und besitzen ein hohes Maß an Diskretion
