Als Group HR Manager krijg je hier niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid, maar vooral de kans om echt iets neer te zetten. Voor een ondernemende en sterk groeiende organisatie op Beveland zoeken wij een ervaren HR Manager . Een stevige HR-professional die strategisch kan denken, maar net zo makkelijk de vertaalslag maakt naar de dagelijkse praktijk. De organisatie heeft de afgelopen jaren een flinke ontwikkeling doorgemaakt en is inmiddels actief vanuit verschillende vestigingen in Europa. Die groei brengt een interessante volgende fase met zich mee: de HR-structuur verder professionaliseren en een fundament creëren waarop de organisatie de komende jaren verder kan bouwen. Als Group HR Manager krijg je een brede rol met veel ruimte voor initiatief en invloed. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 5 HR-medewerkers in Nederland en werkt nauw samen met de HR-directeur. Samen met het team ga je stap voor stap bouwen aan een HR-organisatie die aansluit bij de omvang, internationale context en ambities van het bedrijf. verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van HR-beleid en -processen; creëren van meer structuur en samenhang binnen HR; vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete HR-prioriteiten; adviseren en sparren met directie en management over mensen, leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling; aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het HR-team; verder ontwikkelen van thema's als talent, performance, recruitment en duurzame inzetbaarheid; zorgen voor goede HR-informatie en systemen die verdere groei ondersteunen. De verschillende landen en vestigingen hebben hun eigen praktijk, cultuur en verantwoordelijkheden. Jij weet wanneer gezamenlijke kaders waarde toevoegen én wanneer lokale ruimte juist belangrijk is.
