The posting

  • Als group HSE manager zal je vanuit de jaaractieplannen van de organisatie bepalen naar veiligheid en welzijn en een algemeen beleid verder uitbouwen.
  • Je gaat het beleid helpen uitrollen op site niveau en het lokale preventieteam ondersteunen.
  • Je beheerst de budgetten voor sensibiliseringscampagnes, opleidingen, subsidies, etc.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de doelstelling van de bedrijfsstrategie behaald worden binnen jouw domein.
  • Je gaat opleidingen geven en organiseren over de sites heen zodat er een duidelijk veiligheidsbeleid en -cultuur te voelen is.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeteringsprojecten op organisatieniveau.
  • Je bent als group HSE Manager in het bezit van een getuigschrift als preventieadviseur niveau 1 en kan een eerste strategische werkervaring voorleggen als HSE manager.
  • Je kan strategische doelen bepalen en rekening houden met lokale verschillen en een globaal preventieplan opmaken.
  • Je voert complexere risicoanalyses uit en gaat deze omzetten in (globale) actieplannen.
  • Je implementeert een systeem naar opvolging, waarborging en naleving van de welzijnswetgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt graag verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten uit.
  • Kennis van HACCP of andere normeringen vormen sterke troeven.
