Dit is een internationale producent van herbruikbare kunststof verpakkingen. Vanuit een duidelijke circulaire visie verwerkt de organisatie kunststofafval tot nieuwe logistieke oplossingen die opnieuw in de keten kunnen worden ingezet.

Met bijna 1.000 medewerkers wereldwijd en een productiesite in Ieper. Voor de verdere professionalisering van de internationale supply chain zoeken we een Group Supply Chain Manager. Geen klassieke peoplemanagementrol, maar een senior expertpositie waarin je lokale planners en productieteams over verschillende sites heen samenbrengt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Group Supply Chain Manager kijk je over de grenzen van individuele fabrieken heen. Jij bepaalt hoe vraag, capaciteit, voorraad en productie optimaal op elkaar worden afgestemd. Jou takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van supply-, productie- en capaciteitsplannen.
  • Bepalen van de optimale productieverdeling over verschillende sites
  • Identificeren van bottlenecks en capaciteitsrisico's
  • Uitwerken van verschillende scenario's en concrete oplossingen wanneer capaciteit en vraag niet op elkaar aansluiten
  • Trekken van de supply-kant van het S&OP-proces
  • Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en planningsparameters
  • Opvolgen van KPI's rond planning, capaciteit, service, voorraad en kosten
  • Vertalen van analyses naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Verbeteren van planningsprocessen, masterdata en MRP binnen SAP
  • Ontwikkelen van praktische analysetools en dashboards met Excel en Power BI
  • Continu zoeken naar mogelijkheden om planning verder te standaardiseren en professionaliseren
  • Occasioneel andere Europese sites bezoeken

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Supply Chain Management, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen productie-, supply- of capaciteitsplanning
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van MRP, capaciteitsplanning en S&OP
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterk analytisch en financieel inzicht
  • Hands-on, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkstijl
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met een APS-oplossing
  • Power BI en Power Query
  • SQL of Python
  • Kennis van Frans, Duits en/of Spaans
  • Internationale ervaring binnen een multisite productieomgeving
