Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als Groep sustainability project manager help je om de sustainability projecten op vlak van milieu verder te definiëren, neem je het ownership van bepaalde projecten op en volg je de implementatie van deze projecten van nabij op. Je staat in voor het verder ontwikkelen van de duurzaamheidscultuur en zorgt ervoor dat deze gedragen wordt door de hele organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Het hoog in het vaandel dragen van duurzaamheid en het optreden als duurzaamheidsambassadeur naar alle interne stakeholders.
  • Bevorderen van de duurzaamheidscultuur binnen de organisatie en het aansturen van de interne sustainability champions.
  • Definiëren van duurzaamheidsprojecten.
  • Opnemen van ownership bij bepaalde projecten en andere projecten van nabij opvolgen.
  • Verzekeren van een echte communicatiepolitiek omtrent duurzaamheid om op die manier iedereen op alle niveaus te sensibiliseren.
  • Je bent bio-ingenieur met kennis van milieutechnologie en hebt een projectmanagement achtergrond.
  • Je bent een zeer goede communicator en weet anderen te motiveren.
  • Je bent op de hoogte van wetgeving en wetgevende initiatieven – op zowel Europees, nationaal als regionaal niveau – met betrekking tot duurzaamheid.
  • Je treedt op als overtuigende gesprekspartner, straalt vertrouwen uit en kan op een diplomatische en assertieve manier jouw standpunten verdedigen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, flexibel, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht en weet anderen te motiveren.
  • Een goede kennis van Frans is belangrijk.
  • Ook 45-plussers worden aangemoedigd om zich kandidaat te stellen.
