Zit het in jou om deel uit maken van een tour operator die gespecialiseerd is in groepsreizen en hen te ondersteunen met diverse werkzaamheden rond het organiseren van maatwerk reizen voor groepen? En ben je daarnaast ook nauwkeurig en flexibel? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

S² Travel bestaat uit een klein team van ervaren medewerkers dat gespecialiseerd is in het organiseren van meerdaagse, besloten groepsreizen op maat. Flexibiliteit, creativiteit en persoonlijke benadering staan centraal in deze job.

Wat ga je doen?

Er zijn vele mogelijkheden om het verschil te maken:

  • Uitwerken van pakketreizen voor groepen ;
  • Opmaken van offertes en bevestigingen voor groepsreizen op maat;
  • Opvragen van informatie en productaanbod bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen, hotels en lokale agenten;
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers;
  • Signaleren van (betalings-) problemen;
  • Opstellen van een afrekening;
  • Opstellen van draaiboeken;
  • Verwerken van opties, definitieve reserveringen en nieuwe offertes aanvragen voor maatwerk groepsreizen;
  • Verzorgen van reispapieren voor de deelnemers en de gids;
  • Briefen van de gids;
  • Evalueren van de reis;
  • Bijkomende opdrachten.

Er zijn meerdere manieren waarop je een match kan zijn voor deze functie – hier zijn een aantal zaken die wij zoeken:

  • Je bent pro-actief en stressbestending;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Officepakket (Word, Outlook, Excel);
  • Je kunt efficiënt mails beheren;
  • Je hebt er geen probleem mee om het overzicht te bewaren en georganiseerd te werk gaan;

Pluspunten die we zoeken (geen verreiste):

  • Als je kennis hebt van het Spaans en Frans is dit een plus;
  • Als je kennis hebt van groepsticketing vluchten is dit zeker een meerwaarde.

Vooral een stevige portie gezond verstand en goesting om in ons team te werken zijn het aller belangrijkste.
