Voor hotel Martin's Klooster in Leuven zijn wij op zoek naar een Groups & Events Coördinator m/v.

Wat ga je doen? Als Groups & Events Coördinator rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Groups & Events Manager. Samen vormen jullie de spil in de organisatie van alle vergaderingen, groepsreserveringen en evenementen in ons hotel. Je begeleidt de klant van het allereerste contact tot en met de uiteindelijke facturatie.

Ook tijdens het evenement ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je denkt proactief mee met de organisatie, lost eventuele problemen snel op en zorgt voor een vlekkeloos verloop. Daarnaast stel je gedetailleerde function sheets op en zorg je ervoor dat alle operationele departementen perfect gebrieft en op de hoogte zijn.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Dynamisch en creatief: Je weet van aanpakken, beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Administratieve duizendpoot: Je werkt punctueel, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Commerciële flair: Je hebt een verkoopgerichte ingesteldheid en weet klanten moeiteloos te enthousiasmeren.
  • Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en de juiste instelling zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

Ervaring binnen gelijkaardige functie Groups & Events is een plus;
