Kom jij het verschil maken? Growth Lead Marketeer Als Growth Lead Marketeer geef jij richting aan de commerciële groei van YEARTH. Met een scherpe visie op marketing, data en positionering zorg je ervoor dat onze ambities worden vertaald naar duurzame resultaten. Je ontwikkelt strategieën die onze zichtbaarheid vergroten en onze positie als premium opleider versterken. Daarbij weet je creativiteit en commercieel inzicht samen te brengen in marketing die impact maakt. Van strategie naar resultaat Je vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen naar slimme marketinginitiatieven en stuurt op continue groei. Het ene moment werk je aan de marketingstrategie of analyseer je campagneresultaten, het andere moment ontwikkel je een nieuwe propositie of werk je samen met Sales aan het vergroten van de leads. Waar je ook mee bezig bent, je houdt altijd oog voor de doelgroep, de markt én de resultaten. Je gaat aan de slag met: - Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie. - Het versterken van onze positionering als premium opleider. - Het genereren van hoogwaardige leads en het optimaliseren van de volledige funnel. - Het verbinden van marketing- en salesactiviteiten om commerciële groei te realiseren. - Het ontwikkelen van campagnes, content en proposities die aansluiten bij onze doelgroepen. - Het monitoren, analyseren en optimaliseren van marketingprestaties op basis van data.
