Die Caritas Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen sind in das Netzwerk der katholischen Pfarre vor Ort eingebunden. Unser Ziel ist die gemeinsame Schaffung von bestmöglichen Rahmenbedingungen für eine qualitätsvolle Bildungs- und Erziehungsarbeit in den Kindertageseinrichtungen der Diözese Linz.

Wir suchen eine_n 1 Gruppenführende_r Elementarpädagog_in für den 7- gruppigen Pfarrcaritaskindergarten St. Georgen/Attergau.

Stundenausmaß: 30-38 Std./Woche, 5 Tage. befristet bis 31.8.2027

Beginn: 01.12.2026

Ihre Aufgabe

ist die Führung einer Kindergruppe nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen lt. OÖ Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungsgesetz, den Leitlinien der Caritas OÖ und den Erkenntnissen zeitgemäßer Pädagogik.

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Elementarpädagogik

* Absolvierter 16-stündiger Erste-Hilfe-Kurs der nicht länger als 5 Jahre zurückliegt

* Flexibilität und Offenheit

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Persönliche gesundheitliche und fachliche Eignung für die vorgesehene Verwendung

* Bereitschaft zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung zeitgemäßer pädagogischer Konzepte sowie zur Weiterbildung und Mitarbeit im pfarrlichen Leben

* Als Sprachvorbild für unsere Kinder sind Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau notwendig.

Das Team sucht eine_n teamfähige_n Mitarbeiter_in mit einer Bereitschaft zum aktiven Mitgestalten. Wir bieten flexible Wochenstunden zwischen 30 und 38 Stunden (mit einer 5 Tage Woche) an. Erstrangig suchen wir eine Fachkraft in Elementarpädagogik als Gruppenführung, sind aber für Alternativen offen.
