The posting

In einer familiennahen Umgebung werden seit 2003 im Kinderhaus MOBILE Kinder auf ihrem authentischen Weg der Entwicklung begleitet. Hier dürfen sie spielen, entdecken, lernen und den Kinderhaus-Alltag alters- und entwicklungsgemäß mitbestimmen und -gestalten. Angelehnt an die Pädagogik Maria Montessoris und Emmi Piklers steht ein achtsamer Umgang sowie ein echtes Interesse für das Kind im Zentrum unserer Arbeit.

Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams der Kleinkindgruppe am Standort Oberalm wird ab sofort bzw. zum ehest möglichen Arbeitsbeginn 1 gruppenführende_r Pädagog_in in Teilzeit

gesucht, welche/r

* im Rahmen einer Bezugsbetreuung (1:4) gemeinsam mit einem/r Kollege(in) eine Gruppe mit 8 Kindern durch den Kleinkindgruppenalltag führt,

* die Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung begleitet und diese entsprechend dokumentiert (Portfolio),

* gemeinsam mit dem Team den Tages- und Jahresablauf für ihre/seine Gruppe plant und durchführt,

* eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern pflegt.

Wir erwarten von Dir

* eine pädagogische Ausbildung,

* Interesse an der Pädagogik Emmi Piklers und Maria Montessoris (Ausbildung von Vorteil),

* Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kleinkindern,

* entwicklungspsychologische Grundkenntnisse,

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und -entwicklung.

* Vorbereitungsstunden und Teambesprechungen, die dich in deiner qualitätsvollen Arbeit unterstützen,

* eine zusätzliche, freiwillig gewährte 6. Urlaubswoche,

* eine regelmäßige, externe pädagogische Begleitung,

* verlässliche Krankenstands- bzw. Urlaubsvertretungen,

* Unterstützung bei Fort- und Weiterbildungen.

Arbeitszeit:

Das Stundenausmaß und die genauen Arbeitszeiten stehen noch nicht fest und erfolgen nach Absprache im Bewerbungsprozess.

Entlohnung:

Die Bezahlung erfolgt anhand des Mindestlohntarifs für Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen. Dieser sieht für PädagogInnen ohne Berufserfahrung auf Vollzeit-Basis 3170,-- € brutto monatlich vor.
