Als zentrale Serviceeinheit bündeln wir in der Wiener Stadtwerke Kundenservicegesellschaft die Service- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Energiebereich und sorgen mit effizienten Abläufen für eine starke Servicequalität. Tag für Tag sind wir mit vollem Einsatz für rund zwei Millionen Kund_innen in und um Wien da. Was uns antreibt? Lösungen zu schaffen, die sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kund_innen orientieren. 1 Gruppenleiter_in Abrechnungsservice Vollzeit 37,5 Std 1030 Wien, Thomas-Klestil-Platz 14

Das erwartet dich

* Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Gruppe Abrechnungsservice und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für deinen Bereich.

* Du stellst eine qualitativ hochwertige und termingerechte Abwicklung aller Abrechnungsprozesse sicher und entwickelst Prozesse, Abläufe sowie Arbeitsanweisungen kontinuierlich weiter.

* Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße, fristgerechte und korrekte Durchführung sämtlicher Abrechnungstätigkeiten und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.

* Du steuerst und überwachst eine rechtskonforme, transparente und effiziente Leistungserbringung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und unternehmensinterner Anforderungen.

* Du setzt gesetzliche, regulatorische und strategische Vorgaben um und integrierst diese nachhaltig in bestehende Arbeitsabläufe.

* Du leitest Sonderaufgaben und Projekte, bringst deine Expertise aktiv ein und trägst maßgeblich zur Erreichung der Gruppen- und Abteilungsziele bei.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (Studium von Vorteil)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Abrechnung, idealerweise in der Energieversorgungsbranche

* Verständnis für kaufmännische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP/IS-U oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeiter_innen, Kund_innen und internen Schnittstellen

* Hohe Flexibilität, Organisationsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie gegebenenfalls die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
