Als zentrale Serviceeinheit bündeln wir in der Wiener Stadtwerke Kundenservicegesellschaft die Service- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Energiebereich und sorgen mit effizienten Abläufen für eine starke Servicequalität. Tag für Tag sind wir mit vollem Einsatz für rund zwei Millionen Kund_innen in und um Wien da. Was uns antreibt? Lösungen zu schaffen, die sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kund_innen orientieren. 1 Gruppenleiter_in Forderungsmanagement Vollzeit, 37,5h/Woche

Das erwartet dich

* Du leitest die Gruppe Forderungsmanagement und übernimmst die fachliche sowie disziplinäre Gesamtverantwortung für deren erfolgreiche Ausrichtung.

* Du stellst die Effektivität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Messbarkeit der Gruppe sicher und optimierst kontinuierlich interne Prozesse, Abläufe und Handlungsanweisungen.

* Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und steuerst sowie kontrollierst den Zahlungsfluss zwischen Neben- und Hauptbuch.

* Du gewährleistest eine rechtskonforme und effiziente Forderungsbetreibung unter Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben.

* Du verantwortest die Umsetzung gesetzlicher und strategischer Anforderungen und sorgst für deren nachhaltige Verankerung im Tagesgeschäft.

* Du übernimmst Sonderaufgaben, wirkst aktiv an internen Projekten mit und stellst die Erreichung der Abteilungs- und Gruppenziele sicher.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau; ein Studium ist von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Bereich der (Debitoren-)Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der Energieversorgungsbranche

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kaufmännische und buchhalterische Zusammenhänge

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP IS-U oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System

* Hohe Team- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie gegebenenfalls die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
