Als zentrale Serviceeinheit bündeln wir in der Wiener Stadtwerke Kundenservicegesellschaft die Service- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Energiebereich und sorgen mit effizienten Abläufen für eine starke Servicequalität. Tag für Tag sind wir mit vollem Einsatz für rund zwei Millionen Kund_innen in und um Wien da. Was uns antreibt? Lösungen zu schaffen, die sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kund_innen orientieren. 1 Gruppenleiter_in Service & Akquisition Vollzeit 37,5 Stunden 1030 Wien, Thomas-Klestil-Platz 14

Das erwartet dich

* Leitung der Gruppe sowie Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teamleiter*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen mit fachlicher und disziplinärer Verantwortung

* Verantwortung für die telefonische/schriftliche/digitale/persönliche Kund*innenberatung mit Schwerpunkt auf den Dienstleistungen der Wiener Stadtwerke (Strom/Gas/Wärme/Wiener Netze etc.)

* Strategische und operative Steuerung der Gruppe anhand relevanter KPIs und Service Levels sowie Verantwortung für das Erreichen der vereinbarten Qualitäts- und Performanceziele

* Proaktive Analyse von Prozessen sowie Durchführung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen

* Sicherstellung eines konsistenten, hochwertigen und effizienten Kund*innenerlebnisses über alle Kontaktkanäle & Produkte hinweg

* Einbringung der fachlichen Expertise in Projekte und Weiterentwicklungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Einführung neuer bzw. bestehender Dienstleistungen sowie Festlegung der Qualitätskriterien für die Gruppe

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Kund*innenservice gepaart mit einer motivierenden und leistungsorientierten Persönlichkeit. Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften bzw. Teamleiter*innen.

* Vertriebsorientiertes Denken sowie verantwortungsbewusstes, eigenständiges Arbeiten mit hoher Umsetzungs- und Entscheidungsstärke, Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung mit Fokus auf Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Kennzahlen

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres und souveränes Auftreten, sowie hohe Kund*innen- und Serviceorientierung mit einem klaren, wertschätzenden und verbindlichen Führungsstil und der Bereitschaft Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben

* Den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie gegebenenfalls die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
