Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen/eine engagierten/engagierte Gruppenleiter/in für die Bereiche Service, Außenlager und Messeaufbau. Beschäftigung ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

º Führung und Einsatzplanung der Servicetechniker/innen

º Koordination und Überwachung der laufenden Serviceeinsätze

º Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen und Reklamationen

º Sicherstellung einer professionellen und kundenorientierten Serviceabwicklung

º Verantwortung für das Außenlager

º Kontrolle der Lagerbestände sowie Organisation der Ein- und Auslagerungen (Führung des Elektroniklager für den Bereich der Servicetechniker/innen

º Koordination und Organisation von Messeauf- und -abbauten

º Mitarbeit beim Messe Auf- und Abbau soweit erforderlich, Qualitätskontrolle

º Aktive Mitarbeit beim Auf- und Abbau unserer Messestände

º Praktische Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf - Sie sind bereit, selbst mit anzupacken

º Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Qualität und effizienten Arbeitsabläufen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Bereichsleiter und den internen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil

º Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

º Berufserfahrung in einem technischen, handwerklichen oder logistischen Bereich

º Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Organisation von Mitarbeitern

º Organisationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

º Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

º Kundenorientiertes und gepflegtes Auftreten

º Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, selbst praktisch mitzuarbeiten

º Führerschein der Klasse B

º Staplerschein von Vorteil
