Genau dafür suchen wir Sie. 1 Gruppensprecher_in Gießerei Ihre Aufgabe

Sie tragen die operative Verantwortung für die Gießerei innerhalb der Sommerhuber Manufaktur, fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Gießerei-Gruppe und sorgen somit für einen reibungslosen, qualitätsgesicherten Materialfluss vom Gießen bis zur Übergabe an den Brand.

Sie planen die wöchentliche Gießproduktion, koordinieren termingerechte Formenbereitstellung mit dem Formenbau und stimmen die Übergabe der gegossenen Teile zeitlich und mengenmäßig mit dem Brennhaus ab.

º Erstellung und laufende Anpassung der Gießliste bzw. des Produktplans für die Gießerei auf Wochenbasis, abgestimmt auf Auftragslage, Kapazität und Liefertermine.

º Abstimmung mit dem Formenbau/ Formenlager bezüglich Art, Stückzahl und Zeitpunkt der benötigten Geißformen für die Wochenplanung.

º Enge Zusammenarbeit und terminliche Abstimmung mit dem Brennhaus bezüglich Übergabe gegossener und ausreichend abgetrockneter Teile entsprechend der optimalen Ofenbelegung.

º Fachliche Anleitung und Einteilung der Gießerei MitarbeiterInnen sowie Einweisung neuer bzw. angelernter MitarbeiterInnen.

º Disposition und Kontrolle des Gießschlickers (Ansatz, Verbrauch, Bestand) in Abstimmung mit der Materialwirtschaft.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind ein Organisationstalent mit vorausschauendem Planungsvermögen und haben ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Planungsflexibilität und Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Fachlich bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

º Abgeschlossene keramische, handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Keramiker_in, Former_in, Modelleur_in) oder vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Keramikgießerei.

º Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schlickerguss / Gipsformguss sowie im Umgang mit keramischen Massen.

º Erfahrung in der Produktions- bzw. Kapazitätsplanung, idealerweise in einem Fertigungsbetrieb mit mehreren Prozessstufen (z.B. Gießen - Trocknen - Brennen).

º Grundkenntnisse in MS Office bzw. vergleichbaren Planungstools (Excel, ERP/PPS-System) zur Erstellung und Pflege der Gießliste.

º Körperliche Belastbarkeit für das Arbeiten mit Gipsformen, Schlicker und keramischen Massen.

º Führungs- oder Vorarbeiter-Erfahrung von Vorteil.
