Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 GU Polier_in Bauabteilung Ihre Aufgaben:

Um unseren erfolgreichen Wachstumskurs fortzusetzen, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Kolleg:in, um unser Team zu verstärken.

* Überwachung und Organisation des Baustellenablaufs im Bereich Generalunternehmerbau

* Führung und Koordination für eigenes und fremdes Baustellenpersonal

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Bauvorschriften und Terminplänen

* Ansprechpartner:in für Auftraggeber:innen, Architekt:innen und Bauleitung

* Zeitgerechte Materialbestellung und -kontrolle sowie Dokumentation der Baufortschritte

* Gewährleistung von Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhandwerk, vorzugsweise als Polier:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich GU-Bau oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

* Erfahrung in der Umsetzung der techn. Richtlinien

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Organisationsgeschick und Lösungsorientierung
