* Betreuung unserer Gäste vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss ihres Sandbox-VR-Erlebnisses * Durchführung von Einweisungen und Begleitung unserer Gäste durch die immersiven VR-Erlebnisse * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Store, inklusive technischer Check-Ins * Bedienung und Überwachung der technischen Systeme * Selbstständige Lösung kleinerer technischer und organisatorischer Probleme * Kommunikation mit Gruppen und Unterstützung bei Events und Sonderveranstaltungen * Sicherstellung eines herzlichen, professionellen und hochwertigen Kundenerlebnisses * Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und das professionelle Erscheinungsbild des Stores Unterstützung des Storemanagements * Unterstützung bei der täglichen Organisation und Koordination des Storebetriebs * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Mitarbeitereinsätzen und Schichten * Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der täglichen Abläufe und Qualitätsstandards * Übernahme eigener organisatorischer und operativer Aufgabenbereiche * Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Warenkontrolle und Lagerorganisation * Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Events * Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Storemanagerin und gewerblichen Geschäftsführung * Erkennen von Problemen und selbstständiges Finden von Lösungen im laufenden Betrieb * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Abläufe im Store

Dein Profil Das ist uns wichtig

* Mindestalter 18 Jahre * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse * Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten * Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten * Teamfähigkeit und gleichzeitig die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Eventdiensten * Interesse an VR, Technik und innovativen Erlebnissen

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Erfahrung in Verkauf, Gastronomie, Event, Freizeit, Fitness oder Kundenservice * Erste Erfahrung in Teamkoordination oder organisatorischen Aufgaben * Technisches Grundverständnis * Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools und grundlegenden Office-Anwendungen

Arbeitszeit & Gehalt Vollzeit (40 h): € 2.080 brutto/Monat + 13. & 14. Gehalt Die Position verbindet die Tätigkeit als Guest Experience Guide mit der Assistenz des Storemanagements und bietet die Möglichkeit, zunehmend Verantwortung im operativen Storebetrieb zu übernehmen.
