Sandbox VR ist eine weltweite Innovation im Bereich der Virtual-Reality-Erlebnisse und bietet Gruppen von bis zu sechs Personen immersive VR-Games, bei denen echte Bewegung, Teamplay und Interaktion im Vordergrund stehen - weit über klassische VR-Games hinaus. Unsere Gäste tauchen gemeinsam in virtuelle Welten ein, erleben Action, Abenteuer und Events, die in dieser Form nur bei uns möglich sind.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wien suchen wir motivierte, serviceorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeiten, die Teil dieses einzigartigen Erlebnisses werden möchten. 5 Guest Experience Guide (m/w/d) 20 h / Standort: Wien

Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung unserer Gäste vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss ihres SandboxVR-Erlebnisses

* Durchführung von Einweisungen und Begleitung durch immersive VR-Erlebnisse

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Store, inklusive technischer Check-Ins

* Bedienung und Überwachung der technischen Systeme sowie selbstständige Problemlösung

* Kommunikation mit Gruppen und Unterstützung bei Events

* Verantwortung für Ordnung, Qualität und ein professionelles Kundenerlebnis

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem professionellen Erscheinungsbild des Stores

Dein Profil

* Mindestalter 18 Jahre

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und professionelles Auftreten

* Belastbarkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit

* Technisches Grundverständnis von Vorteil

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Eventdiensten

Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in Verkauf, Event, Gastronomie, Fitness oder anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Bereichen.
