Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n motivierte/n Guest Relation Coordinator (m/w/d), der/die unsere Gäste mit Herzlichkeit empfängt und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen Gästeservice sorgt. 1 Guest Relations Coordinator Unser Team ist herzlich, offen und voller Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft - und wir suchen genau Dich als kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit!

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n motivierte/n Guest Relation Coordinator (m/w/d), der/die unsere Gäste mit Herzlichkeit empfängt und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen Gästeservice sorgt.

Was bringen Sie mit

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Tischreservierungsanfragen und allgemeinem Schriftverkehr

* Betreuung und persönliche Begrüßung unserer Gäste

* Platzierung und Koordination der Gäste in unseren Outlets

* Unterstützung bei individuellen Gästewünschen

* Organisation und Koordination von Room Service und Treatments

* Druck und Vorbereitung von Menükarten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Front Office, F&B und Housekeeping

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office von Vorteil

Wir bieten

Für diese Position bieten wir dir auf Basis der Vollzeitbeschäftigung, und laut Kollektivvertrag ein gesetzliches Brutto - Mindestgehalt von €2.344. Eine Überzahlung ist basierend auf Vorerfahrungen und Qualifikationsprofil selbstverständlich.
