Wat je kan verwachten Het Front Office team is verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van onze gasten, in- en uitcheck procedures en het verstrekken van informatie en service. Het Front Office-team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van gasten naar hun kamers en het afhandelen van gastbetalingen. Samen met het gehele Front Office team heet je onze gasten welkom en draagt ​​je bij aan een bijzonder verblijf in ons hotel. Als Guest Relations Officer ben je de liaison tussen onze gasten en het hotel. Je creëert een warme, gastvrije en persoonlijke sfeer door onze gasten persoonlijk te verwelkomen en te begroeten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van de gasten door te kijken naar wat voor hen het belangrijkst is.
