Bij DDC zoeken ze geen extra paar handen. Ze zoeken een extra collega.

Die weet dat een goede afwerking begint bij correct meten. Die niet denkt “dat zal wel passen” maar het liever nog eens controleert.

DDC Constructions uit Bornem zoekt dringend versterking.

Het team bestaat ondertussen uit 10 collega’s en de agenda raakt steeds voller. Daarom is er plaats voor een ervaren gyprocplaatser of schrijnwerker die graag mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Wat maakt DDC bijzonder?

DDC is een gespecialiseerd afwerkingsbedrijf waar vakmanschap al jarenlang centraal staat. Zaakvoerder Danny De Cauwer en zijn team realiseren gyprocwerken, schrijn- en timmerwerken, maatwerkkasten en algemene afwerking voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

Je komt dus niet terecht in een job waarin je elke dag exact hetzelfde doet. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten, met verschillende uitdagingen maar altijd met hetzelfde doel: een perfect resultaat.

En dat vraagt iemand die zijn vak serieus neemt.

Jouw plaats in het team

Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt mee over de uitvoering en hebt oog voor de details die het verschil maken. Een millimeter hier of daar? Voor jou is dat niet zomaar een detail.

We verwachten relevante ervaring in gyproc of schrijnwerkerij. Je hoeft niet alles al gezien te hebben maar je moet wel voldoende vakkennis hebben om snel mee te draaien.

Daarnaast vinden we je mentaliteit minstens even belangrijk: je bent gemotiveerd, correct, punctueel en iemand op wie collega’s kunnen rekenen.

Een rijbewijs B heb je op zak. BE en VCA zijn pluspunten.

Wat taal betreft zijn we flexibel. Een beetje Nederlands is prima. Spreek je liever Engels dan kan dat ook, zolang de communicatie op de werf duidelijk en veilig verloopt.
