Wil je werken in een praktijk waar kwaliteit van zorg belangrijker is dan productie? Waar werkdruk beheersbaar blijft en je tegelijk zelfstandig kunt werken én deel uitmaakt van een betrokken team ? We zoeken een GZ-psycholoog, voor minimaal 24 uur, die nieuwsgierig is naar wat mensen beweegt, graag samenwerkt en wil bijdragen aan een warme en professionele behandelomgeving. In deze rol: - geef je individuele therapie volgens de richtlijnen - werk je met, of heb je interesse in, schematherapie en lichaamsgerichte behandelvormen - Geef je op termijn ook groepstherapie - voer je diagnostiek uit mbt ADHD en autisme - kan je omgaan met 'het nog niet weten' aangezien we een ontwikkelende praktijk zijn en vind je het leuk hier een bijdrage aan te leveren - ben je creatief en zie je mogelijkheden - denk je actief mee over innovatie en de ontwikkeling van de praktijk Wat je krijgt: - Loondienst (CAO GGZ) - Beheersbare werkdruk - Professionele autonomie - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling - Betrokken en open team - Ruimte overleg, reflectie en humor. - Samen lunchen - Teamuitjes In ons team gaan we, net als met de cliënten, met aandacht, nieuwsgierigheid en compassie om, voor anderen én voor onszelf. We leren graag van elkaar, geven elkaar feedback en er is ruimte om dingen te delen. En natuurlijk hoort een beetje humor op z'n tijd daar bij. Na de verhuizing in 2025 naar ons mooie pand is het werkplezier nog meer toegenomen. We delen het pand inmiddels ook met een danstherapeut, haptotherapeut, zwangerschaps- en bevalcoach en ademcoach. De warme, huiselijke sfeer van ons pand zorgt ervoor dat zowel cliënten als behandelaren zich prettig en op hun gemak voelen.
