Een inhoudelijke rol vanaf 16 uur per week, met ruimte voor jouw professionele oordeel. Jouw nieuwe baan Een cliënt meldt zich met angstklachten, terwijl tijdens de intake ook andere problemen zichtbaar worden. Juist dan telt jouw klinische blik als GZ-psycholoog. Binnen deze functie werk je als regiebehandelaar in de ambulante ggz voor volwassenen. Je bent betrokken bij intakes, diagnostiek en de keuzes die daarna volgen. Daarbij kijk je samen met andere behandelaren naar de hulpvraag en de best passende zorg. Tijdens diagnostische trajecten verzamel je informatie van betrokken professionals. Je beoordeelt hun bevindingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het dossier. De uiteindelijke diagnose bespreek je samen met de intaker en andere betrokken behandelaren. Ook tijdens de behandeling houd je overzicht. Je volgt de voortgang, bespreekt evaluaties en bewaakt de samenhang binnen het behandelplan. Daarnaast blijf je zelf inhoudelijk betrokken bij cliënten. Contact met de cliënt vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol. Bespreek helder hoe de behandeling verloopt en betrek naasten wanneer dat passend is. Zo blijft voor iedereen duidelijk waar de behandeling naartoe werkt. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt binnen de ambulante ggz voor volwassenen. De zorg richt zich op mensen vanaf 18 jaar met verschillende psychische hulpvragen. Binnen deze omgeving komen onder meer ADHD, autisme, persoonlijkheidsklachten, PTSS, angst en somberheidsklachten voor. Diagnostiek en behandeling worden afgestemd op de individuele hulpvraag. Rondom de cliënt werken verschillende behandelaren samen. Tijdens multidisciplinair overleg worden diagnostiek, hulpvraag en behandelbeleid ...
