Jij zorgt ervoor. Zo werk jij Voor wie jij er bent? Als gz-psycholoog maak je deel uit van het behandelteam van Cluster Eemland binnen de Divisie Langdurige Zorg. Je werkt voor meerdere klinische behandelafdelingen, waarbij je inzet zich voornamelijk richt op Voortgezet Klinisch Herstel en Intensieve Psychiatrie. Juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend. Je behandelt cliënten met uiteenlopende hulpvragen en werkt samen met verschillende multidisciplinaire teams, terwijl je onderdeel bent van één gezamenlijk behandelteam. Binnen de Divisie Langdurige Zorg begeleiden we cliënten met complexe en langdurige psychiatrische problematiek. Vaak is er sprake van ernstige beperkingen in het dagelijks functioneren, maatschappelijke ontregeling en soms ook middelengebruik. Voor deze cliënten is intensieve klinische behandeling noodzakelijk, omdat behandeling thuis of ambulant (nog) niet mogelijk is. Vanuit een herstelgerichte visie werk je samen met de cliënt, diens naasten en collega's aan het vergroten van kwaliteit van leven, stabiliteit, zingeving, autonomie en perspectief. Wat deze functie bij GGz Centraal bijzonder maakt, is: - Het vervullen van een voortrekkersrol in het uitdragen en verder ontwikkelen van de herstelvisie binnen de verschillende klinische teams; - Het vormgeven van herstelgericht en netwerkgericht werken; - Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en doorontwikkelen van herstelmodules; - Het uitvoeren van psychodiagnostiek en psychotherapeutische behandelingen, zowel individueel als in groepsverband; - Het begeleiden van psychologen in opleiding en het leveren van een actieve bijdrage aan de...
