- GZ-psycholoog ouderenzorg - zzp Werk als interim GZ-psycholoog in de ouderenzorg, met aandacht voor inhoud, zelfstandigheid en tijd voor behandeling, advies en professioneel overleg. Jouw nieuwe baan Gedrag vertelt vaak meer dan woorden. In deze opdracht onderzoek jij wat achter onrust, verandering of terugtrekgedrag schuilgaat. Vanuit jouw expertise geef je richting aan behandeling en ondersteun je zorgteams, bewoners en familie. Binnen de ouderenzorg werk je op zzp-basis met bewoners die psychische klachten, neurocognitieve stoornissen of probleemgedrag ervaren. Je verdiept je in rapportages, voert gesprekken en stemt af met artsen. Ook begeleid je basispsychologen bij complexe casuïstiek en inhoudelijke vragen. Tijdens multidisciplinaire overleggen breng jij de psychologische blik in. Aan tafel zitten bijvoorbeeld een arts, fysiotherapeut, verzorgende IG en verpleegkundige. Iedere situatie vraagt iets anders. De ene keer ligt de nadruk op behandeling, de andere keer op teamadvies of ondersteuning van naasten. Daarnaast bepaal je grotendeels zelf hoe je jouw werkdag indeelt. Die vrijheid combineer je met inhoudelijke invloed. Vanuit de praktijk draag je ideeën aan voor beleid en help je wetenschappelijke inzichten vertalen naar passende zorg voor bewoners. Jouw nieuwe werkplek In de ouderenzorg werk je als interim GZ-psycholoog dicht op het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Jij ziet wat gedrag betekent, bespreekt wat nodig is en helpt teams om passende keuzes te maken. Je werkt binnen een vakgroep psychologie die onderdeel is van een behandeldienst ouderenzorg. De vakgroep bestaat uit GZ-psychologen, psychologen in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog, basispsychologen en een toegepast psycholoog. Samen werk je voor bewoners binnen somatische en psychogeriatrische woonzorg, een crisisafdeling en geriatrische revalidatiezorg. De sfeer is betrokken en inhoudelijk.
