We zijn een groeiende organisatie en we zoeken daarom doorlopend versterking op alle locaties. Momenteel zoeken we een GZ-Psycholoog of Senior Psycholoog voor onze locaties Zoetermeer en/of Haarlem. Onze kernprincipes: - Persoonlijke aandacht & maatwerk - Oplossingsgericht, niet medicaliserend - Werk als onderdeel van herstel - Meetbaar resultaat Jouw rol Als GZ-Psycholoog of Senior Basis Psycholoog bij MindSign: - Behandel je medewerkers met uiteenlopende psychische klachten en maak je gebruik van interventies als CGT, EMDR, ACT en Positieve Psychologie. - Voer je preventieve en curatieve behandeltrajecten uit. - Onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers, leidinggevenden en bedrijfsartsen. - Voer je 3-gesprekken met de werkgever en werknemer als onderdeel van het behandeltraject - Denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van onze aanpak en diensten. - Als GZ-psycholoog of senior basis psycholoog is het ook mogelijk een rol als senior specialist te gaan vervullen.
