Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen, waaronder somatiek, psychogeriatrie, gerontopsychiatrie en Korsakovzorg. Ook ondersteun je cliënten binnen de Geriatrische Revalidatiezorg bij hun herstel en terugkeer naar huis. Afwisseling, uitdaging en betekenisvol werk komen hier samen. Wat ga je doen? Je vindt het leuk onze zorgteams te begeleiden bij de omgang met complex gedrag van onze bewoners en je maakt deel uit van het Geriatrisch Onderzoek en Advies Centrum. Vanuit dit centrum worden thuiswonende cliënten neuropsychologisch getest en/of begeleid en werk je nauw samen met onze specialist ouderengeneeskunde, de geriatrie-verpleegkundige en de huisarts. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team van 17 psychologen, waarvan 6 GZ/K&J psychologen en 3 PioG's. Ook krijg jij een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden en superviseren van collega's en PioG's. - Je diagnosticeert, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten in diverse settingen in de langdurige zorg en binnen de Revalidatie en Herstel; - Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team; - Je geeft adviezen aan zorgmedewerkers; - Je draagt zorg voor een juiste verslaglegging - Je begeleidt een of meerdere basispsychologen; - Je geeft supervisie of werkbegeleiding aan de PioG's; - Je ondersteunt onze zorgteams middels intervisie en coaching.
