Dit ga je doen In de Basis GGZ (BGGZ) behandelen we een diverse doelgroep met kortdurende, effectieve en op de hulpvraag gerichte behandeling, waarbij we cliënten weer regie over hun leven laten krijgen. Team Zaandam is een jong en dynamisch team dat zich onderscheidt door een hechte band, een positieve werksfeer en een goede samenwerking. Naast hard werken zorgen we ook voor gezellige teamuitjes. Ons team bestaat uit een diverse mix van professionals, waaronder een psychiater, GZ-psychologen, basispsychologen en verpleegkundigen. Een team met een schat aan kennis en ervaring, waar jij deel van kunt uitmaken. Uniek aan werken in de BGGZ is dat je samen met de cliënt de uitdaging aangaat om de best passende behandeling in te zetten. Onze doelgroep is afwisselend en de problematiek waar cliënten mee te maken hebben is meestal niet enkelvoudig. Ons antwoord daarop is specialist zijn in generalistisch werken. Dat betekent dat we niet alleen kortdurend behandelen, maar ook echt iets anders willen doen. We werken oplossingsgericht en positief. Dit wordt niet alleen gewaardeerd door onze cliënten, maar geeft ook jou als behandelaar een positieve boost.
