In het kort: - Onbepaalde tijd - Kampen, Behandelsector Aandacht Betekenisvol Het verschil maken Wat ga je doen? Mensen helpen waardig te kunnen blijven leven. Samen met je directe collega's, de zorgteams en andere specialisten zet jij je hier dagelijks voor in. Je hebt een breed scala aan werkzaamheden waarin je zelf de accenten kunt aanbrengen: - Diagnostiek Een belangrijk element van je werk is het doen van onderzoek. Dit betreft screening naar cognitief functioneren en daarnaast onderzoek van stemming, gedrag en persoonlijkheid. - Behandeling Zowel individueel, in groepsverband, systemisch of mediatief behandelen van cliënten met bijv. onbegrepen gedrag, cognitieve beperkingen of psychische klachten. - Behandelingsondersteuning & scholing Je ondersteunt en adviseert de zorgteam middels bijv. omgangsadvies en omgangsoverleg. Tevens geef je scholing aan de zorgteams gericht op het omgaan met bepaalde stoornissen en ziektebeelden. - Deelname aan multidisciplinair overleg Je voert multidisciplinaire overleggen en werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines. Denk hierbij aan ergotherapeuten, fysiotherapeuten, logopedie en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde. Hierdoor deel je veel kennis op hoog niveau. - Opleiding & beleid Naast het bieden van supervisie en werkbegeleiding aan de masterpsychologen, kun je onderdeel uitmaken van het opleidingsteam betrokken bij de GZ-opleiding. Dit vanuit de rol als werkbegeleider. Tevens draag je bij aan de verdere beleidsontwikkeling binnen IJsselheem. Binnen de vakgroep wordt gewerkt aan een professionaliseringsslag om onze zichtbaarheid binnen de organisatie te vergroten ...
