gz-psycholoog of orthopedagoog-generalist bij paardencoaching voor kinderen - Jeugdzorg - uren bespreekbaar - voor langere periode - Brielle We zijn op zoek naar een GZ-psycholoog of orthopedagoog-generalist die het leuk vindt om zich incidenteel in te zetten voor een kleinschalige jeugdhulpaanbieder gericht op paardencoaching. In welke context kom je terecht? - Een kleinschalige jeugdhulpaanbieder die al zes jaar kinderen en gezinnen ondersteunt op een bijzondere manier: met behulp van pony's en paarden. Kinderen leren door zelf te doen en te ervaren, en de pony's geven eerlijke, oordeelloze feedback. - Naast individuele coaching en therapie biedt de organisatie groepstrainingen (onder meer emotieregulatie, weerbaarheid, sociale vaardigheden en executieve functies) en gezinsbegeleiding. - Het team bestaat uit vijf betrokken jeugd- en gezinsprofessionals en werkt vanuit een systemische blik: het kind wordt altijd gezien in de context van het gezin. De organisatie heeft een contract met de gemeente. Wat is je rol? - Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: beoordelen van intakes, diagnostische screening waar nodig, accorderen van behandelplannen, deelnemen aan casuïstiekoverleg, tekenen van evaluaties, uitvoeren van dossiercontroles en werkbegeleiding geven aan de behandelaars. - Je inzet is niet volgens een vast aantal uur, maar je spreekt samen af hoe je het inricht en wat er nodig is. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent GZ-psycholoog of orthopedagoog-generalist en hebt ervaring met diagnostiek bij kinderen. - Je voelt je thuis in een klein team, denkt systemisch en staat open voor een ervaringsgerichte werkwijze met dieren. - Je bent laagdrempelig bereikbaar voor collega's en brengt rust en richting in de inhoudelijke afwegingen.
