GZ-Psycholoog Medium Care (MC) & High Intensive Care (HIC) - Regio Twente Deel jij ons streven naar een mentaal veerkrachtige samenleving waarin iedereen zich gezien voelt en mee kan doen? Ben jij een GZ-psycholoog die graag werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar acute psychiatrie, herstelgericht werken en multidisciplinaire samenwerking samenkomen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Binnen Regio Twente zijn wij voor de afdelingen Medium Care (MC) en High Intensive Care (HIC) in Almelo op zoek naar een GZ-psycholoog voor 16-20 uur per week. Werken binnen de acute psychiatrie in Twente De Medium Care en High Intensive Care vormen een belangrijke schakel binnen de acute psychiatrische zorg van Dimence. Hier bieden we specialistische behandeling aan volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische problematiek die tijdelijk intensieve klinische zorg nodig hebben. De HIC en MC zijn een gesloten en open psychiatrische afdeling voor volwassenen die zich in een ernstige psychische crisis bevinden. Opname vindt plaats wanneer behandeling thuis of ambulant tijdelijk niet meer veilig of toereikend is. De HIC en MC bieden kortdurende, intensieve crisisbehandeling met als doel: - Het stabiliseren van de acute psychiatrische toestand. - Het bevorderen van veiligheid voor de cliënt en diens omgeving. - Het zo snel mogelijk hervatten van herstel in de eigen leefomgeving. Werken op de Medium Care (MC) en High Intensive Care (HIC) betekent werken in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je start je werkdag met een plan, maar de dynamiek van de acute psychiatrie maakt dat je nooit precies weet hoe de dag zal verlopen. Het ene moment ben je betrokken bij een opname of crisisbeoordeling, het volgende moment voer je een behandelgesprek of denk je mee over complexe diagnostische en behandelinhoudelijke vraagstukken.
