Deze plek komt vrij omdat onze collega doorgroeit en binnen GGZ WNB start met de opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en behandelingen op individueel niveau als in groepsverband en vindt het daarbij een uitdaging om de klachten van een cliënt uiteen te rafelen en de klacht te vertalen naar diagnose en van diagnose naar behandeling. - Je stelt doelgericht behandeltrajecten op en je treedt op als regiebehandelaar binnen het multidisciplinair team. - Je bent bereid en vindt het interessant om outreachend te werken. Cliënten in hun eigen leefomgeving te ontmoeten en de behandeling waar nodig hierop af te stemmen. - Je levert een proactieve bijdrage aan verbetering van de kwaliteit van de werkprocessen en deskundigheidsbevordering van medewerkers. - Je neemt deel aan het overleg van onze vakgroep psychologen om het vakgebied door te ontwikkelen. - Je biedt werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan medewerkers die de opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog volgen. - Je werkt nauw samen met ketenpartners in de regio om gezamenlijk passende zorg en ondersteuning op maat te organiseren. - Daarnaast neem je deel aan lerende netwerken rondom verschillende soorten problematiek, zodat je jouw vakkennis kunt verdiepen en actueel houdt. Waar ga je werken? Vanuit verschillende locaties in de zorgregio bieden wij zorg aan. Je gaat werken in een van onze multidisciplinaire regio teams. Vanuit deze teams bied jij herstel ondersteunende zorg, passend binnen de leefomgeving van de cliënt en aansluitend bij diens hulpvraag.
