Wat ga je doen Je werkt met ouderen die te maken hebben met verschillende uitdagingen en draagt bij aan hun kwaliteit van leven en welzijn. Je verricht diagnostiek en behandeling bij uiteenlopende hulpvragen, waaronder cognitieve problematiek, stemmingsklachten, gedragsverandering en persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de klant, maar ook naar het systeem eromheen. Je adviseer je zorgteams, familieleden en andere betrokkenen. Je vertaalt psychologische inzichten naar praktische benaderingsadviezen en ondersteunt medewerkers in het omgaan met complexe situaties. Je bent niet alleen betrokken bij de zorg voor klanten, maar ook bij de doorontwikkeling van de vakgroep. Binnen de Posten werken we aan nieuwe vormen van regiebehandelaarschap en breiden we de mogelijkheden voor psychologische behandeling verder uit. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te brengen en mee richting te geven aan deze ontwikkelingen. Ook begeleid en superviseer je de masterpsychologen binnen de vakgroep.
