Over de functie Als GZ-psycholoog werk je binnen een deskundig en enthousiast multidisciplinair behandelteam aan de behandeling van cliënten met complexe psychische problematiek. Je voert diagnostiek uit, geeft individuele en eventueel groepsbehandelingen. Met jouw vakkennis, creativiteit en observatievermogen help je cliënten inzicht te krijgen in hun gevoelens, gedrag en patronen en begeleid je hen naar duurzame verandering: onze zogenoemde U-turn. Je werkt samen met een breed multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit onder andere psychiaters, klinisch psychologen, psychotherapeuten, verpleegkundig specialisten, (GZ-)psychologen, fysiotherapeuten, dramatherapeuten, sociotherapeuten en therapeutisch medewerkers. Als GZ-psycholoog bij U-center: - Behandel je cliënten met complexe psychische problematiek. Je voert individuele behandelingen uit en hebt, afhankelijk van je expertise, ook de mogelijkheid om groepsbehandelingen te verzorgen, bijvoorbeeld CGT, EMDR, MBT, ACT en/of schematherapie. - Verricht je diagnostiek en gebruik je jouw bevindingen om samen met het behandelteam de behandeling vorm te geven, te evalueren en waar nodig bij te sturen. - Werk je intensief multidisciplinair samen. Tijdens onder andere het wekelijkse MDO bespreek je cliënten, wissel je relevante informatie uit en bepaal je samen met collega's de behandelstrategie. - Denk je actief mee over het behandelbeleid en draag je vanuit jouw expertise bij aan een goed behandelklimaat en de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze zorg. - Ondersteun, coach en adviseer je collega's bij complexe casuïstiek en dee...
