Kom dan ons ambulante team ouderen in Almelo- Hardenberg versterken! Werken met ouderen saai? Nooit! Waar ga je werken? Bij ons zien we de betekenis van ouderen in onze samenleving en geven we het gevoel dat ze er toe doen. Wil jij daar als GZ-psycholoog aan bijdragen? Dan willen wij als team ambulant ouderen ggz Almelo/Hardenberg graag met jou samenwerken! Ouderenpsychiatrie omvat een brede doelgroep van patiënten met psychiatrische klachten vanaf 65 jaar en ouder. Ouderenpsychiatrie is complex en vraagt een generalistische en specialistische aanpak vanwege de samenhang van psychosociale, medische en ethische factoren die een rol spelen bij het welzijn van de patiënt. Op onze poli's in Almelo en Hardenberg worden patiënten met een uitgebreide psychiatrische voorgeschiedenis behandeld, alsmede patiënten die voor het eerst in hun leven psychiatrische klachten hebben ontwikkeld. Centraal staat levensfaseproblematiek die kan ontstaan door opeenstapeling van factoren zoals overgang van werk naar pensioen, verlies van dierbaren en inleveren van lichamelijk welzijn. Ons uitgangspunt is dat men nooit te oud is voor behandeling. Belangrijke ontwikkelingen zijn het implementeren van herstelgericht werken en digitalisering van ons behandelaanbod. Daarnaast werken we zoveel mogelijk opname voorkomend en hebben we eigen Intensieve Thuisbehandeling (ITB) die waar nodig outreachend ingezet kan worden. Ook zijn we bezig het groepsaanbod te verbeteren en verder te implenteren. We hebben Doorlopende Zorglijnen met onze Opname Ouderen Afdeling in Almelo waar we intensief mee samenwerken.
