Voor een warme zorgorganisatie in de regio Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een interim GZ-Psycholoog voor 16 uur per week. Je werkt binnen de extramurale ouderenzorg, waar jouw expertise een directe bijdrage levert aan de kwaliteit van leven van ouderen die zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis willen blijven wonen. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je niet vanuit een behandelkamer, maar juist daar waar jouw expertise het meest van betekenis is: bij cliënten thuis. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt samen met een betrokken multidisciplinair team en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan toekomstbestendige ouderenzorg. Wat ga je doen? Als GZ-Psycholoog begeleid en behandel je ouderen met uiteenlopende psychische en cognitieve vraagstukken. Denk hierbij aan dementie, stemmingsproblemen, angstklachten en gedragsveranderingen. Je voert psychologische diagnostiek uit, stelt behandelplannen op en je adviseert zorgprofessionals Over de organisatie Deze vooruitstrevende zorgorganisatie biedt hoogwaardige ouderenzorg in de regio Den Haag. Binnen de organisatie staat persoonlijke aandacht centraal, zowel voor cliënten als voor medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners.
