Sevagram zoekt een GZ-psycholoog - Ouderenzorg / Verpleeghuiszorg Dienstverband 28 - 32 uur per week Opleidingsniveau WO Standplaats Heerlen Werkvelden Ouderenzorg Bij Sevagram zetten we ons elke dag in voor ouderen met een complexe zorgvraag. Onze doelgroep bestaat uit bewoners met dementie, somatische aandoeningen en cliënten die revalidatiezorg of extramurale zorg ontvangen. Ook biedt Sevagram gerontopsychiatrische zorg. Wat al deze vormen van zorg bindt, is dat we samen werken aan een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit van leven, met aandacht, deskundigheid en warmte. Jouw rol Wil jij als GZ-psycholoog écht invloed hebben op het welzijn van ouderen én bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het vak binnen de ouderenzorg? Word je blij van autonomie , multidisciplinair samenwerken en een brede variatie in je werkzaamheden? Heb je affiniteit met mediatieve behandeling en werk je graag met teams? Dan verwelkomen we je graag in ons enthousiaste psychologenteam! Als GZ-psycholoog binnen Sevagram krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise op een manier in te zetten die bij jou past. Je werkt binnen de (voornamelijk psychogeriatrische) intramurale zorg en/of de revalidatiezorg. Daarnaast kun je desgewenst extramurale consulten verrichten, waarbij je kwetsbare ouderen thuis opzoekt voor diagnostiek of behandeling. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en andere disciplines en coördineert de multidisciplinaire zorg die aan bewoners met gedragsproblematiek gegeven wordt. Je diagnosticeert, behandelt en adviseert, en hebt een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van het welbevinden en functioneren van onze cliënten. Ook bied je waar nodig psycho-educatie aan naasten.
