Wij zien de eetstoornis als een waardevolle informatiebron om de onderliggende behoeften en instandhoudende factoren van de cliënt te begrijpen. Wat onze aanpak uniek maakt is dat onze behandelaren naast hun wetenschappelijk gefundeerde interventies ook hun eigen herstelervaringen inzetten. Deze aanpak draagt bij aan ons hoge slagingspercentage. In 2024 bereikte 70% van onze cliënten herstel of een significante verbetering. Wat ga je doen? Bij Human Concern werk je als regiebehandelaar (GZ-psycholoog) in een multidisciplinair betrokken team met ervaringsprofessionals (basispsychologen, GGZ-agogen), artsen, psychiaters, systeemtherapeuten en diëtisten. Je bent de spil in het Multidisciplinair Overleg (MDO), waarin elke drie maanden de voortgang van de behandeling wordt geëvalueerd. - Jij zorgt ervoor dat de behandeling veilig en doelmatig verloopt. - Je gebruikt evidence-based methodieken zoals EMDR, Cognitieve Gedragstherapie (CGT-E), ACT of Schematherapie. - Je geeft werkbegeleiding aan therapeuten en zit het MDO voor.
