Dan is dit jouw kans! In verband met zwangerschapsvervanging zoeken we een bevlogen professional die graag impact maakt. Wat ga je doen? Binnen de behandeling speel je een belangrijke rol door middel van diagnostiek, psycho-educatie, systeemgesprekken en evidence-based behandelmethoden zoals CGT, EMDR, ACT en het uitpluizen van gedachten. Je biedt vaak kortdurende, intensieve interventies binnen een langer transmuraal behandeltraject en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de ambulante teams om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen. Ook op diagnostisch vlak krijg je volop ruimte om je expertise in te zetten. Je voert klachtgerichte intakes en verschillende vormen van testdiagnostiek uit, in samenwerking met de regiebehandelaar. Veelvoorkomende onderzoeksvragen richten zich op LVB, autisme, ADHD en persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Uiteraard is binnen de kliniek alle benodigde testmaterialen beschikbaar. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van cliënten én collega's. Zo verzorg je CGT-groepen, geef je klinische lessen aan artsen en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan intervisie en moreel beraad. Bovendien begeleid je een masterpsycholoog en mogelijk een PIOG in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Kortom: een uitdagende, afwisselende en betekenisvolle functie voor een GZ-psycholoog die stevig staat in CGT en EMDR. We zoeken een collega die stressbestendig is, beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor, creatief en flexibel is en met oprechte nieuwsgierigheid kijkt naar cliënten, collega's en de mogelijkheden binnen de behandeling.
