24-36 uur Heb jij als zorgprofessional hart voor de psychiatrie? Als GZ-psycholoog ben jij er binnen het FACT-team echt voor onze cliënten en heb je een duidelijke visie op zorg. Je bent een specialist in klinisch redeneren, maar denkt ook graag mee over de ontwikkeling en verbetering van de zorg. Dat doe je samen met het team, dat met zorg voor elkaar de beste zorg voor onze cliënten levert. Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei Jij bent als regiebehandelaar, samen met de psychiater en verpleegkundig specialist, verantwoordelijk voor de hoogwaardige behandeling van ambulante cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Je bent van alle markten thuis en durft verder te kijken dan de standaarden. Je coördineert de behandeling, bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorgt dat de richtlijnen gevolgd worden. Door het team aan te moedigen om anders te kijken en te reflecteren op het eigen handelen, maak jij het verschil voor onze cliënten. Wat je verder gaat doen: - Je komt terecht in een team dat passie heeft voor het werk, goed samenwerkt en plezier heeft met elkaar. Je werkt samen met een psychiater, verpleegkundig specialist, casemanagers (SPH, SPV, Social Work), systeemtherapeut, trajectbegeleider en ervaringsdeskundige. - Je werkt als zorgverantwoordelijke binnen de WvGGZ. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek en indiceert de zorg rondom cliënten. - Je werkt outreachend en speelt een belangrijke rol bij een crisis. - Je voert intakes uit, stelt een behandelplan op in nauwe samenspraak met cliënt, netwerk en het multidisciplinaire team en draagt zorg voor de uitvoering daarvan. - Je ontwikkelt groepstherapieën en voert deze ook uit. - Je treedt op als casemanager bij meer complexe cliënten. - Je bent werkbegeleider en supervisor van andere psychologen. - Je maakt gebruik van E-Health.
