Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Wil je werken in een klein lokaal team in een prachtig pand, op loopafstand van het station, met de aanvullende voordelen van een groot professioneel team dan ben je bij ons op het juiste adres. Het team van RIOzorg is voor de in maart geopende locatie in Hilversum op zoek naar een GZ-Psycholoog Kind & Jeugd / Orthopedagoog-generalist (Regiebehandelaar). Je werkt met kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen die door diverse omstandigheden in hun ontwikkeling zich anders ontwikkelen en waar onderzoek en/of behandeling nodig is om op een gezonde wijze groot te kunnen worden. Onderzoeken en behandelen doe je (gedeeltelijk) zelf als Regiebehandelaar, maar bij iedere cliënt werk je intensief samen met een casemanager (psycholoog-orthopedagoog) om iedereen passende en goede hulp te kunnen bieden. Er komen diverse hulpvragen voorbij zoals bijvoorbeeld kinderen met ASS en/of ADHD, maar ook hulpvragen over het verwerken van en omgaan met trauma, angst, somberheid en onrust die leiden tot uitdagingen thuis als op school. Je bespreekt je cliënt tijdens het multidisciplinair overleg want ook al werk je in een klein team, er staat een groot team met veel deskundigheid om je heen. Dus klein waar het fijn is en groot waar je elkaar nodig hebt. In ons hechte team werken we samen aan de verdere versterking van de zorg door RIOzorg in onze regio. Waarbij er altijd tijd is voor vragen, maar ook gezelligheid. Bijvoorbeeld een fijne pauze wandeling door de prachtig groene omgeving, een buitenlunch in het parkje om de hoek, op vrijdag lunchen we met heerlijke broodjes. Ook hebben we twee keer per jaar een teamuit...
