Geef richting aan zorg én teamontwikkeling. Jouw nieuwe baan Behandeling en inhoudelijke sturing komen samen in deze functie. Je werkt met mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en ernstige gedrags- en/of psychiatrische problematiek. Veel patiënten hebben al meerdere behandeltrajecten doorlopen. Juist daardoor telt jouw scherpe blik, rust en deskundigheid. Als GZ-psycholoog / orthopedagoog-generalist ben je regiebehandelaar en het vaste aanspreekpunt bij complexe casuïstiek. Vastgelopen behandelingen analyseer je samen met collega's. Je geeft vakinhoudelijke richting, ondersteunt bij afwegingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de zorg. Diagnostiek en behandeling vormen een belangrijk deel van je werk. Je biedt individuele behandelingen en groepsbehandelingen. Tegelijkertijd houd je overzicht wanneer een crisissituatie dreigt. Afhankelijk van de hulpvraag zet je behandelmethoden in zoals CGT, ACT, schematherapie of traumatherapie. Daarnaast vervul je de rol van teammanager patiëntenzorg. Vanuit die positie versterk je niet alleen de behandeling van vandaag, maar ook de zorg van morgen. Je vertaalt beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk, ontwikkelt het zorgaanbod verder en stimuleert samenwerking, kwaliteit en teamontwikkeling. Nauwe afstemming met collega-managers, de directeur patiëntenzorg en de teammanager(s) bedrijfsvoering hoort daarbij. Samen zorg je voor hoogwaardige patiëntenzorg én een gezonde organisatie, terwijl jouw verbinding met de behandelpraktijk altijd behouden blijft.
