Waar je gaat werken De teams van Ouderen van Dimence IJssel-Vecht in Zwolle bieden de patiënten een uitgebreid aanbod van diagnostiek en behandeling, zowel ambulant als klinisch. Deskundigheid, betrokkenheid en samenwerking staan voorop. We behandelen ouderen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen, vaak in combinatie met somatische, cognitieve of psychosociale problematiek. Je verricht je werkzaamheden ambulant op de polikliniek en klinisch op de gesloten afdeling Opname Ouderen Zwolle. Beide afdelingen zijn gevestigd aan de Eerdelaan in Zwolle Wat ga je doen? Je werkt intensief samen met een multidisciplinair team. Samen ben je verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek, behandeling en herstelgerichte zorg aan ouderen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Je verricht waar nodig (neuro)psychologisch onderzoek. Op basis hiervan formuleer je behandeladviezen en voer je evidence-based psychologische behandelingen uit. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen en neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega GZ-psychologen binnen de Ouderen GGZ, waardoor er ruimte is voor collegiaal overleg, onderlinge consultatie en het gezamenlijk oppakken van complexe diagnostiek- en behandelvraagstukken. Daarnaast ondersteun en adviseer je het verpleegkundig team bij de begeleiding en bejegening van patiënten met complexe psychiatrische en gedragsmatige problematiek.
