Wil jij als GZ-psycholoog een betekenisvolle bijdrage leveren aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van ouderen? Bij Envida werk je met cliënten die te maken hebben met complexe cognitieve, psychische en gedragsmatige uitdagingen. Als BIG-geregistreerd behandelaar combineer je diagnostiek, behandeling, consultatie en werkbegeleiding met een belangrijke rol binnen multidisciplinaire teams. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de ouderenpsychologie binnen zowel de intramurale als extramurale zorg. Jouw rol en impact Als GZ-psycholoog ben je de psychologische expert binnen het behandelteam. Je werkt voornamelijk binnen specialistische doelgroepen en expertisecentra dementie en Parkinson. Daarnaast groeit jouw rol in de extramurale zorg, waar je thuiswonende ouderen en hun naasten begeleidt bij cognitieve, psychische en gedragsmatige uitdagingen. Je voert zelfstandig psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uit, stelt diagnoses en behandelt cliënten met complexe problematiek, zoals dementie, stemmings- en angststoornissen, psychotrauma, rouw en aanpassingsproblemen. Daarnaast begeleid je cliënten en hun naasten bij ziekte, verlies en achteruitgang en lever je een bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven en het psychosociaal welzijn van de cliënt. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer en ondersteun je zorgteams, behandelaren en familieleden bij complexe gedrags- en behandelvraagstukken. Je levert consultatie binnen het stepped care model, denkt mee over passende interventies en speelt een belangrijke rol bij crisissituaties. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, gedragsverpleegkundigen, paramedici en zorgteams om integrale en persoonsgerichte zorg te realiseren.
