Jij zorgt ervoor. Zo werk jij Voor wie jij er bent als gz-psycholoog? Cliënten met een complexe persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. We bieden, cliëntgerichte groepstherapie, schemagroepstherapie en MBT deeltijdbehandelingen. Bovenstaande psychotherapeutische vormen, evenals traumatherapie, passen we vaak individueel toe in onze werkwijze. De cliënten hebben meestal al een behandeltraject gehad binnen de gebiedsteams, maar worden naar ons deelspecialisme verwezen i.v.m. ons groepsaanbod. Ook kan het zijn dat de complexiteit het maakt dat we samen met de gebiedsteams behandelen. Je vervult daarin een spilfunctie. Kortom, je bent er als gz-psycholoog door: - het houden van intakes en het opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van behandelplannen in samenwerking met het multidisciplinaire team; - indien ook werkzaam voor de afdeling psychodiagnostiek, het verrichten van psychodiagnostisch onderzoek, deze te interpreteren en onderzoeksrapporten te schrijven; - nadrukkelijk de samenwerking met de belangrijke anderen rondom de client te zoeken; - een bijdrage te leveren aan het behandelinhoudelijke aanbod binnen ons deelspecialisme; - werkbegeleiding te bieden aan gz-psychologen in opleiding.
