In deze zzp-opdracht combineer je regiebehandelaarschap met specialistische diagnostiek en behandeling. Samen met behandelaren geef je richting aan het behandeltraject en zorg je ervoor dat iedere cliënt de ondersteuning krijgt die past bij de hulpvraag. Jouw expertise maakt het verschil tijdens de intake, diagnostiek en evaluatie van behandeltrajecten. Je vertaalt de hulpvraag naar een onderbouwd behandelplan, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarbij voer je zelf specialistische behandelingen uit, waaronder cognitieve gedragstherapie en traumabehandeling. Samenwerken staat centraal. Je fungeert als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor collega's, deelt jouw kennis en denkt actief mee over de kwaliteit van de behandelingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring blijft de zorg aansluiten bij de laatste inzichten én bij de behoeften van de cliënt. Vrijheid hoort bij deze opdracht. Je verdeelt jouw werkzaamheden flexibel over de locaties in Eindhoven en Helmond. Ook hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Een multidisciplinair behandelteam vormt de basis van deze werkomgeving. Hier bundelen professionals vanuit verschillende disciplines hun kennis om cliënten met complexe verslavings- en psychiatrische problematiek de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.
